SUGGESTED PROWLER WORKOUT FOR WORK CAPACITY
- Prowl for 15-30mtrs with light to moderate weight.
- Light jog 50-150 mtrs between prowler trips for active recovery performing 5-10 trips.
– Add weight, increase distance or add trips to manipulate the intensity.
